Araucaria Hotel & Spa - La Plagne

The spa area was a lovely feature of the

Hotel. The ground level ski shop was helpful. The parking situation can become quite tricky during busy periods.

Staff was very cheeful and the location is very convenient. Wifi is very good and internet connection in the room was very reliable.

The room was fanstatic with plenty of space and comfort, and the view was also lovely

it would be great if the spa was opened during the day and not just at 3pm onwards. That did limit my ability to use it

I had great time here, marvellous and absolutely perfect location!

Got brilliant, functional room with balcony. A personal safe, central heating and a work desk were useful. Location: the hotel was very close to the restaurant and bedrooms.

Excellent ski service at the hotel made our stay enjoyable.

The deposit upon arrival was shocking. Almost more than our stay! After paying, they expected the full stay amount before releasing the deposit. Coupled with inadequate storage space in the room, it was frustrating, especially since we had skiing equipment to manage. Using the changing room post-checkout was a hassle with no shower available.

Almost all was Ok, but our room was too small.

The spa area is a real gem, with a pool and sauna. We loved the arcade games for the kids! Proximity to the slopes and the ski shop's help were fantastic. Our family room had a cozy vibe, perfect after a day on the slopes!

The hotel was fabulous, and fairly clean, and the location was amazing on the slope. Location: the property was right by in-house ski rental. And it was around 10-15 minutes walk from La Spatule, ate there couple of times.

Brilliant location - right next to slopes and near main lifts. Also opposite the best apres ski bar in La Plagne Centre (though noise not a problem due to double glazing and the fact that it quietened down in the evening). All staff were without exception friendly and very helpful. Size and quality of rooms and the standard of the (5 course) evening meal were really excellent, and far exceeded my expectations from a 3 star hotel. Ski equipment facilities were also good and very secure. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality skiing holiday.

The interior spaces, the family activity zone, the attentive ski personnel, the dining options, fantastic!

The location is excellent, providing easy access to the slopes. The spa facilities, while compact, offer a quality experience with a well-maintained pool, sauna, and hammam. The family room, although cozy, had limited storage space for ski equipment, a bit of a hassle . There were some delays in service during peak dining hours that detracted from the experience, despite the attentive staff overall.

The spa area was a tranquil oasis, with a lovely pool, sauna, and hammam, which I found very accessible and relaxing after a long day of skiing. It provided perfect opportunities for rejuvenation.
